The idea behind the planning for the whole week is the same as Planning task list for the day. Seven days are a bit longer and so can be seen significant progress and at the same time is not too long to lose the link between the small tasks and greater goal that we have set. Important, but not necessarily, is to have a longer-term goals. Otherwise, we will leave small tasks to push us left and right, so life will take us to a place in the natural way of cause and effect where we deserve to be, not where we ourselves want to be.
