Warning : Can cause gastritis or inflammation of the skin, impaired circulation, and methemoglobinemia (impaired transport of oxygen from the blood to the tissues of the body).

Comment : Vitamin E is found in vegetable oils (soybean, wheat, rice, cotton, corn, etc.).. It is a powerful antioxidant. Protects vitamin A from oxidation. Used as additive in margarine and sauce.
